SoMa Story Chapter 3

The bell rang and Maka turned to her sleeping best friend and smiled. 'He looks so peaceful' then she smirked 'Time to change that' she leaned right next to his ear and shouted "SOUL THE SCHOOL IS ON FIRE!!!!!" ,instantly he jumped up bewildered "W-WHAT?!?!" he then turned to Maka who was laughing her butt off on the floor and growled "Maka...." She stood up wiping a tear still giggling "T-That's what you get for falling asleep in class Soul" she then finally calmed down but was still smiling "And you couldn't have just of woken me up huh Tiny Tits?" He asked and instantly regretted it when Makas eyes flashed violently "MAKA-CHOP!!!!"he fell to the floor twitching  "Oww" he groaned from the floor,Maka huffed then she remembered  "Oh right I'm going shopping with the girls after school so your cooking" "WHAT?!?BUT IT'S YOUR TURN!!!" "Oh just this time you whining baby""AM NOT!!!""ARE TO!!!!""AM NOT!!!""ARE TO!!!!""AM NO-""MAKA-CHOP!!!""ok fine I'm cooking damn it...".  
He and Maka had known each other for 3 months now. They were living together too,since about one month after they met Maka decided that she couldn't live with her annoying father anymore and Soul had offered her to stay in the free room in his apartment if she would like to and she accepted.She quickly found out that living with Soul was not as horrible as she thought it would be. Surprisingly even though he was lazy he kept his apartment quite clean and that was something since his apartment was HUGE. He told her that his mother had picked it right after he told her he wanted to go to Shibusen Academy. He reluctantly admitted that she had decorated it as well . He had talked about his mother Rouz Evans and brother Wes quite a bit but never about his father. The only thing he had ever told her about his father was that he and his father were never close to one another and that he never accepted Soul as a musician because he thought that his way of playing was horrible and disgusting. She had been very mad at his father even though she had never actually met the said man. She had told him that her mother Kami had left her father after catching him cheating and went on a trip around the world. Maka had told him how after her father had won custody and she was forced to stay with him. She told him that she hated her Papa and that he was a lying cheating bastard. Soul had promised her that he would never be like her father claiming that it was 'uncool' to cheat on women. Maka smiled remembering her friends promise "Maka" it was so sweet of him "MAKA!!!!!" she was snapped out of her thoughts by  a very annoyed Liz "Oh umm sorry Liz got carried away with my thoughts hehe" Liz looked her for a bit the smirked "Thinking about Soul again are we hmm Maka?" Maka blushed "Hehehe Maka got all red sis!!!!" said Patty while laughing " Girls I regret telling you about me liking Soul more and more everyday" Maka sighed "Aww don't be like that Maka-chan we tease because we love you,you know that right?" Tsubaki said hugging Maka "Yeah!!" said the sisters as the joined the hug "You silly giraffe hehehe!!!" Maka smiled and hugged back "I know I love you guys too" "Now let's go eat!""Yeah!"  
"Liz how do you manage to trick me into coming every time?" Maka groaned as they sat down to eat "Oh come on Maka you got the cutest skirt!!!" Liz squealed " Maka-chan what do you think Soul-kun will get you for your birthday?" asked Tsubaki. Maka blushed "I don't know...I hope he even remembers it.." "Of course he will!!" "I hope your right..."
Soul sat on the couch in their apartment groaning 'What the hell am I going to get Maka for her birthday?!?! Maybe a book?No that's stupid...Damn it...' Soul face palmed. The phone rang he got up and answered it "Hello?" "Soul sweetheart how are you?" Soul smiled at his mothers cheerful tone and sighed "I'm fine mom,you?""What's wrong sweetie?"" I have no idea what to give Maka for her birthday.." "Well since I KNOW you love her" Soul blushed "You should give her something from the heart,something that you know she will cherish and love" Soul thought about it then an idea popped in his head "Thanks mom say hi to Wes I gotta go""Bye sweetie!" Soul hung up and smirked 'I hope she likes it'...
